Dear Friend,

Visibility and viability are important aspects to the future of Options Clinic, and our time is NOW. We must act quickly and with purpose. We ask that you join us in our journey and be a part of our 2012 plan.

Our plan is to:

Improve the website (www.optionsclinic.org);
Move the Sparta Clinic to a larger, more visible location on January 9 and extend hours of service beginning April 19;
Update the Prairie du Chien and Richland Center clinics;
Outreach to outreach: build targeted coalitions to further engage Monroe, Crawford, Richland, and Vernon counties;
Implement a new donor software system;
Transfer to a new practice management system that includes electronic medical records in order to comply with government requirements;
And, increase the number of clients served, particularly those who do not have insurance.

We ask that you consider making a contribution to the NOW Fund. This fund gives us access to money that is unrestricted by federal regulations and can be carried over from year to year. It allows us to think outside the box when we look at ways to address the needs of our clients. It will allow us to keep our plan for 2012 in motion!
