Options Clinic staff and supporters envision a community where reproductive health care and medically accurate sexuality education is accessible to everyone. Our vision, mission, and beliefs serve as our foundation and guide our daily work to create an environment where high quality, compassionate care is delivered to all.

For nearly 40 years, we have been providing direct care and service to our clients and communities. Although our service area encompasses the five counties of La Crosse, Vernon, Monroe, Crawford and Richland, we serve individuals from the greater tri-state area (Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa). With that being said, we want to be accessible to you, no matter where you are.

This website was developed with you in mind. We want you to understand why we exist, who we are, and what we do each and every day. We want you to have all the information you need in order to make the decisions that are best for you. We want you to know how you can support our work. And we want you to stay connected.
