Options Clinic serves all people regardless of age, sex, income, marital status, race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, and gender identity.

Cost
The cost of services and contraceptive supplies is based on income and family size. No one is refused services because of inability to pay. We can also bill public and private insurance.

Payment Options:
We accept self-payment (cash, check, credit cards), private insurance, Medicaid Family Planning Waiver (Wisconsin and Minnesota), Wisconsin Well Woman Program, and Medical Assistance.

Confidentiality
All services are confidential.

Convenience
Options Clinic has four clinic locations: La Crosse, Sparta, Richland Center, and Prairie du Chien. We offer some early evening hours to make it easier for clients to schedule appointments. We are located on the bus route in La Crosse and are handicapped accessible.
