About Options Clinic

Options Clinic is a non-profit 501(c)(3) that was organized in 1972.

Options Clinic includes a total of four clinics (La Crosse, Sparta, Prairie du Chien, and Richland Center) serving five counties (La Crosse, Monroe, Crawford, Richland, and Vernon).

Options Clinic serves more than 6,000 clients annually with clinic services and provides more than 7,000 other with community education programs.

Today, Options Clinic operates under Title X of the Public Health Services Act (the Family Planning Services and Population Research Act of 1970).

Money to support services and programs is granted through the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Family Planning, Office of Population Affairs, Great Rivers United Way, local foundations, donations, and client fees.

Options Clinic is an affiliate of the Gundersen Lutheran Health System.
