The main goal of the program is to help women avoid unintended pregnancy.

What services are covered by the Medicaid Family Planning Waiver?

Services covered include, but are not limited to:
Annual exams including Pap tests
Most contraceptives
Pregnancy testing
Infection testing and treatment
Education and information
Colposcopy and biopsies*

*Further procedures done in a hospital will not be covered.
